3. Hope #2 is right. This patch needs to come out ASAP, because I have a feeling this game will be going on the backburner for quite a while once the second week of November rolls around.

4. I also grabbed it this morning shortly after completing the Fall Update. I didn't get a chance to try out multiplayer yet.

5. I just got it, along with the fall update, as well.
And my 360 is now running at 1920x1080. Yes, I have a 1080p TV and full 1920x1080 over VGA. Suck it.

6. Just got the patch by 9am ET. I play on 480i 16:9 enhanced and I'll tell you something, the patch gave me a NEW game!
It now LOOKS like a REAL next gen open world game.
Before it was kinda ugly and I was forced to play on 4:3.
Also the V-Sync on option (now available from OPTIONS at the pause menu) completely kills the framerate!
Most notable improvement is the 4XFSAA on 480i (it was 2XFSAA before the patch). It makes the tint on windows look as it should and not a grid like it was before.

7. I can't wait to get home and play it. It's been long over due... Don't congratulate them.. WE deserve this... not them... come'on its been three months... thank god they fixed it..

8. I played it this morning and there is absolutly no lag whatsoever, its runs smooth and is fantastic.

1. The post on the website says that the update has been accepted for release and that they will let us know WHEN its available.
Its not, at the present time, available on xbox live!
